Coco Bay House offers tranquil views of Coco Bay and stunning sunsets. Bring your family and friends to enjoy this three-bedroom, three-bath home that comfortably accommodates 13 people. An extra air mattress and sleeping bags are also available. Kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and beach towels are available for your use. Never worry about power outages as the house features redundant power with a backup automatic generator and a backup water source.

We offer table seating for 8, island seating for 6, screened in patio seating for 8, Weber gas grill, Aga gas stove & oven, dishwasher, cookware, air fryer, portable ice maker, auto drip & k-cup coffee makers, blender, microwave, toaster, plus a selection of spices, teas and condiments. The oversized refrigerator offers filtered water and ice.
We provide dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags, and starter packs of laundry detergent.
