The location is perfect, right on the beach. Ken & Margaret are wonderful managers and owners Tina & Jonathan are so helpful. The house is spotless and in great condition- we love Coco Beach and have stayed on the island many times. The locals are just wonderful also!

Stayed at Coco Bay House with my wife, 5 year old and 2.5 year old. First impression of the Coco Bay House was WOW! We have stayed at several VRBO homes over the years, both in the Abacos and elsewhere. The home is much larger in person and the view/location is second to none.
The property manager met us at the Green Turtle Club ferry stop. It was a very short golf cart ride to the home, about 2 mins and 5-10 min walk. Coco Bay is a beautiful calm bay with a public dock (where we kept our rental boat) and nearby are friendly turtles you can hand feed. Our daughters were playing in the sand, which is your backyard, by 7am each day and we would hang on the beach till sunset most nights. The view was unreal.
During the day, we were out exploring New Plymouth (10-15 min cart ride), the other beaches on GTC, and with the rental boat we were able to go as far south as Great Guana Cay to visit Grabbers, Nippers, and Scotland Cay Lagoon. We went as far north as the top on Nunjack to pet stingrays and visit Fiddle Cay, where the cheeseburger in paradise party is each year. It was great to see how well everything has rebounded from Hurricane Dorian and the locals are extremely friendly.
We are already planning our trip back. Would highly recommend this home and island to anyone!

The beach setting is amazing, the location is sheltered (even during a week with terrible weather and 40+mph winds), and the house itself has everything you need. The master suite has an amazing view and the bed is so comfortable. Kitchen is great for family/friends to gather. Margaret (the property caretaker) is wonderful and Tina (the owner) was very communicative and helpful. Because our week was compromised by bad weather, we’re planning to go back!

We so enjoyed our stay at this house. The place had everything and is really nicely decorated. We loved the backyard – the beach, and use of a paddle boards and kayaks. The rooms were comfortable for every person. The master bedroom is beautiful. This place is great for family or for groups.

This experience has been excellent... only complaint is the pictures do not do this home justice! It was a perfect location...beautiful beach.. best sunsets..sharks rays and turtle in your front yard! We had accident and Ken and Marg even met us at the clinic and brought over personal heating pads to care for our daughter... They are the best!
We will be back highly recommend... Tina was my host contact and she made me feel like a old friend....THANK YOU!!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our week in this little paradise. In a world of constant running and attachment to our phones, this home is the perfect place to slow down and make memories. So happy that we found Coco Bay House and Tina. She’s a dream to work with. She even arranged to have a celebratory cake on hand for our high school graduate. 5 stars is not high enough of a rating for this home! Can’t wait to go back some day.

Clean and well-equipped house. Extremely friendly island with a lot of places to explore. Tina was great to work with as we had some weather delays. Guides available or DIY. If you are looking for night life go to Nassau. If you want a beautiful island experience go to Green Turtle Cay.

This house has spectacular views on a spectacular beach. All the rooms are large and well appointed with a large screened in porch The kitchen and dining area are great for the family and all the little details that make a great stay have been taken care of. Margaret the caretaker was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed

This was out second trip to Green Turtle Cay but this was the best. Coco Bay House does not disappoint. We kayaked And paddleboard it in the morning and fish in the afternoon. The house was well equipped very spacious and location second to none. We will definitely be back to Cocobay house in the near future.

Was great to get a warm welcome from Margaret and Ken, the caretakers, at the island dock. They helped get us moved in to the home and helped to make our stay issue free. Communication with them was great. A very good experience was had at this rental.

We traveled with 7 adults to this paradise and it was perfect! Green Turtle Cay is a charming town, especially during the holiday season. We felt safe driving our golf cart to restaurants, bars and the grocery store. The sunrise glow and the sunsets on Coco Bay are breathtaking! The master shower is facing the water, so you can enjoy the view while showing. The house is equipped with everything you need. We loved the paddle boards! Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

We had a wonderful experience at Coco Bay House. Tina was very helpful in the weeks leading up to travel helping us make necessary arrangements. Margaret, the caretaker was very kind and accommodating as well. The home is beautiful and well stocked with most anything you need. We prepared many meals at “home”. The small beach overlooking Coco Bay was wonderful to sit relax, have that “beach experience”, while our children played in the water. The waters were calm and clear, just perfect. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay. Coco Bay House met and exceeded all of our expectations. We look forward to coming back again!

THe Coco Bay HOuse is a real treasure. The house is beautiful, the setting is beautiful, there is a public dock 100 yards away and the Margaret the property manager was wonderful. We have been going to Green Turtle Cay for 40 years. The house we have been renting was destroyed. We will try and get in the Coco Bay House on every future trip.

Right from the get-go, Tina was amazing. Her communication is on point; she answered any and every question, is extremely friendly, and is very accommodating. We decided on Green Turtle for my 40th birthday trip, and Tina even had Margaret (the caretaker) arrange for a cake to be made for me. The coconut cake was amazing! Tina had a birthday card waiting for me as well.
When we arrived, Margaret met us at the dock at Green Turtle Club and walked us through the house to make sure that we knew every amenity and feature. She was always a phone call away when we needed her. Also, she called for the ferry to meet us at the Green Turtle Club dock again for our departure. That saved us from having to go into town to ferry dock there.
The property is absolutely breathtaking and so welcoming. We felt right at home and very safe. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget that you might possibly need. We stayed in a cooked a couple of nights during our stay and we were amazed at how much thought had gone into setting up house so guests would have everything that they need.
Overall, Green Turtle Cay is definitely in my top 3 vacations that I have ever taken! This trip was an adults-only trip but I am looking forward to returning with my kids.
Thank you to Tina, Jonathan, Margaret, and Ken for making my trip and my birthday so special!

This house was fantastic. The views were amazing and we loved being right on Coco Bay. Tina was very quick with responses and easy to get ahold of with questions. The house was even better than the pictures and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

I cannot say enough about what a FANTASTIC house this was! It’s absolutely beautiful, it has all of the amenities plus some and the location is perfect! My kids were feeding string rays out of our back door! Coco Bay is gorgeous! It’s like a huge swimming pool! Our son turned two while on vacation and Tina and Margaret made sure it was special! From a custom tee shirt for him, a birthday present and birthday cake! They went above and beyond to make our trip great!

Coco Bay House is the perfect spot on GTC. Coco Bay is tranquil with a little warmer water which makes for the perfect swimming spot for kids. It’s also great for taking out the kayaks or provided SUPs to check out the turtles, rays and nurse sharks that come into the deeper water of the bay during high tide. House location is just around the corner from the Green Turtle Club and Brendle’s Dive Shop and a short golf cart ride into the town of New Plymouth.
The house itself has a kitchen and pantry with most anything you will need as well as great filtered water from the fridge. The sunset views off the porch are stunning and all furnishings are comfortable and clean. Although there were only 4 of us, the house would have slept 10 comfortably.
Margaret and Ken are caretakers of the house and made us feel at home. They can even shop your groceries and have them in the house for you on arrival. We were blown away by our experience and cannot wait to return. Thank you, Coco Bay House for the perfect get away!

Beautiful house on a gorgeous secluded bay on the north end of GTC. Perfect location for enjoying all that makes the Bahamas great. Everything is as advertised or better. Will definitely be back

The house is amazing! Even better than the photos, which is rare. The house is very spacious, clean and the location is fantastic! They have everything you need to have a wonderful time and never leave the house. The sunsets are breathtaking. The caretakers and owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. There are minimal waves which is perfect for the 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks that are available to use at the house.
The house is located near green turtle club which is one of the ferry stops and golf cart rentals. When we go back we will definitely stay at this house again.
